Keating Farm is one of the oldest and most unique farms in the Cowichan Valley, British Columbia.
This 27 acre farm is our home and home to honey bees, chickens, turkeys, sheep, pigs, heritage orchards and award winning historical buildings. We are a small family farm dedicated to providing exceptional food to our community. We grow heritage breeds and heirloom plant varietals. We believe in slow, sustainable, regenerative, organic farming and are driven by these philosophies in everything we do.
We are an agritourism destination and hope to become a gathering place for locals, urbanites, travelers, foodies, farm enthusiasts, and history buffs alike. We spent the past seven years restoring several of the historical buildings and structures and are planning a farm-to-table brewery, cafe and accommodation here on site. We plan to sell a large variety of farm produce; serve exceptional food and beer; and host events, weddings, retreats, educational courses and tours in a bucolic setting that is steeped in history.
We hope to celebrate farm life with our community and provide our guests a taste of what the Cowichan Valley has to offer.
